A: GlowHost has sent several notifications recently about the pending sale, and transfer of ownership from PLZHost to GlowHost. If you have not received these notifications, it is very likely that the contact information that PLZHost had on file for your account is no longer current, and should be updated. Q: I recently made a payment to PLZHost. What happens to my payment?

A: GlowHost will honor your payment to PLZHost and we have applied it to your new GlowHost hosting package. When your PLZHost account is scheduled to renew, GlowHost will send you an invoice. No further payments to PLZHost should be made.

Q: PLZHost sent me an invoice, and so did GlowHost. Who should I pay?

A: You can safely disregard any invoices from PLZHost. Please pay the invoices that you receive from GlowHost.com. Some of you may receive billing reminders from both companies for a short while until every customer has been removed from the old PLZHost database. We apologize in advance for any of you that will receive invoices from both companies.
